Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Idec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jbl-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Idec such as the DPRI01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPC1A15C manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DN1U18 by Manufacturer Jbl-Systems as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ifm Brand PB4213 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Id-Technology such as PrintAndNApply equipment made by Id-Technology have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2TLJ020054R1200 by Jokab and PrintAndNApply spares by Id-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
